We specialise in cleaning Short Term Rentals. Meticulously going over everything, restocking supplies, styling and preparing the house ready for guests. Your property is in our hands so you can rest easy we have your investment at heart.
We offer a Private Linen Service to our clients; hygienic and chemical free by our laundry specialist, you will be impressed!

Important:
- All areas need to be free of clutter, toys, clothes etc for our team to access the areas that need a clean.
- Our cost does not include tiding unless requested and included in the total price. (please discuss this with the office team)
- Where surfaces, floors etc are not accessible it may simply be cleaned around or missed.
- If dirty dishes are in the sink or on the bench the cleaning will be around them as they will not be moved. So to ensure you get the best clean please have dishes stacked out of the way or put away.
- Only small bathroom bins will be emptied and wiped over and rubbish placed either in the larger kitchen bin or taken outside to external bins.
- Rubbish is not removed off the property by our team.
- Large kitchen bins will not be handled by the team nor wiped clean.
- Areas not reachable with our equipment will not be included.
- If there is a part of your property you do not want included in the Basic Clean ie Kitchen, Laundry etc., please discuss this with us

What do I need to provide for the clean?
Please leave out a vacuum in good working order and with a spare bag in case it is full. This will help avoid any cross contamination between properties. What is in your property stays in your property. If your vacuum is bagless the team will empty it out after using. Also, if you would like your small bins relined leave the liner on or near the bin as we no longer provide plastic bags.
What type of cleaning products do you use?
Done & Dusted uses only natural and environmentally sound products safe for all who live/stay on the property including pets. All our products are completely safe to use on ALL SURFACES without exception so you know we have your investment in our hands and will care for you and the property.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
Not at all and sometimes Its faster for the team if the property is vacant. But so long as you have arranged prior access to the property, pets are kept out of the way our trust worthy and experienced staff will take care of everything for you.
What should I do to prepare the house before cleaners arrive?
To make it faster for the team so they can focus on the real work simply clear the floors and benches of anything that cannot be cleaned under or around. Toys and clothes off the floor are a great help and if bed making is included then make sure the beds are stripped and the fresh linen on the bed ready. We can offer a more in depth service for an additional cost.
I am looking to Air BnB my property, what services can you offer?
Done & Dusted offers experience in detailing and meticulously cleaning inside the property, bed making and styling, checking and topping supplies, reporting to the owner of any issues backed up with photos or video, direct communication with the owner so even if you are far from the property we will keep you informed for your peace of mind while we are on the property.
